We check every stone before you buy it. Is it genuine? Does the quality match the information on the certificate? Only when we are convinced of the quality and authenticity do we authorise the purchase of the stone. Immediately afterwards, we take care of the customs formalities and send the stone directly to the jeweller.

Shirley, a GIA-trained diamond expert, has worked in the diamond industry for 10 years. Before joining Rivoir, she worked for one of the big three jewellers in Hong Kong, also as a diamond buyer.
Carman
Carman comes from a Hong Kong family of diamond dealers and has lived in the world of gemstones and diamonds since childhood. As a GIA certified diamond expert, she has been working in the diamond industry for over 5 years.
